The Village at Wiley Canyon is a proposed mixed-use, intergenerational development planned for the Newhall area in Santa Clarita, CA.  This development aims to transform the long-vacant Smiser Mule Farm into a luxury, community focused commercial and residential development.

The Village at Wiley Canyon is located on Wiley Canyon Road between Lyons Avenue and Calgrove Boulevard, immediately adjacent to Interstate-5 on what is locally known and referenced as Smiser Mule Farm.

The Village will feature more than 10,000 square feet of small, neighborhood commercial suitable for dining, fitness and shopping boutiques and similarly focused retailers.  The main commercial spaces will wrap around a large, open air plaza that can be used for live music, activities for children and seniors, and many other community events.

The Village at Wiley Canyon will also provide up to 100 units for residents in need of Assisted Living and Memory Care services and approximately 130 independent, all inclusive senior living units. Up to 379 multi-family residential units ranging from studio units to three bedroom units will provide additional upscale housing to support the project's commercial component.

The approximate 30-acre development will contain more than 40% open space & recreation areas.  The main 18-acre portion of the project site will contain the project buildings along with meandering walking paths and recreation areas.  This luxurious and neighborhood-centric community will incorporate Spanish-style architecture and an overall design that will add meaningful value to the greater Newhall area as the gateway to Santa Clarita.

The Village at Wiley Canyon will consist of up to 100 units for residents in need of Assisted Living and Memory Care services and approximately 130 independent, all inclusive senior living units. The main community commercial plaza will be located toward the NE corner of the development immediately off of Wiley Canyon Road.  The plaza will consist of mixed use commercial space (coffee shops, dining, retail, services) and will feature ample outdoor seating, water features, and a plaza for events including life music and entertainment. 

The Village at Wiley Canyon will consist of up to 100 units for residents in need of Assisted Living and Memory Care services and approximately 130 independent, all inclusive senior living units.  Residences will include from private memory care suites, Studio to 2-bedroom Assisted Living units, and a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom Independent Living units.
